In an effort to be transparent about the business of the Soulbury Millennium Green Management Committee the minutes and final accounts are given on this page. The committee meets on the 2nd Monday of each month excluding August. The final accounts are prepared and audited in readiness for the AGM held in July. Details of the AGM are given in the parish magazine and notices are put on the noticeboards around the village and on the Millennium Green itself as, anyone who is interested in the what we do for Millennium Green, is very welcome. The meeting is generally held in the Soulbury Parish Hall.
